By accessing and using True Registrar services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Services Description
True Registrar provides domain registration, web hosting, VPS servers, and SSL certificate services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
All services are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are due in advance. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, iDEAL, and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, or any activity that could harm our infrastructure or other customers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy.
6. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.99% uptime for our hosting and VPS services. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA, customers are eligible for service credits as outlined in our Service Level Agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
True Registrar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
